A 1: You sure can. Just click on the 'Change My Email Address' link on your Personal Page.

Q 2: How do I login to my CellRewards.com account if I am using someone else's Personal Page?

A 2: Go to the top of the page, and select 'Sign Out' from the Member Center menu. Then select 'Return to your Personal Page'. Then enter your own CellRewards.com email address and password.

Q 3: How do I unsubscribe?

Earning Free Ringtones, Backgrounds and Mobile Games

Q 1: The person I referred to CellRewards.com joined, but you show them on my account as not joined, why?

A 1: When you refer a friend to CellRewards.com, they get an email sent to them immediately. In the email, there is a link to the CellRewards.com registration page. If they click on the link, and join, your account will be credited with one CellReward once your friend has earned two CellRewards. However, if they use any other method to join CellRewards.com other than clicking on the link in the email they receive from us, then it is impossible for us to track the referrals and they will still appear as not joined on your Referral Status page.

Q 2: Why have my CellRewards not been credited yet?

A 2: One reason your CellRewards may not have been credited to your account is because of time. All of our offers require a minimum of 1 business day and a maximum of 5 business days to be credited. If it has been more than 5 business days, then another reason for not being credited could be that you used a different email address when taking advantage of an offer other than the one you have registered with CellRewards.com. Make sure you use the email address you have on file with CellRewards.com when you take advantage of offers so your account is properly credited. If you still feel your account was not properly credited, please fill out our form at CellRewards.com Member Support and we'll look into it right away.

Q 3: How can I earn more free ringtones, backgrounds and mobile games?

A 3: There are several ways to earn free ringtones, backgrounds and mobile games from CellRewards.com. First, take advantage of the offers we send you by email. Second, take advantage of the offers listed on your Personal Page. Third, refer your friends - you'll get one Cell Reward for every one of them who joins and completes two offers.

Q 4: When do my CellRewards expire?

A 4: Your CellRewards never expire.

Q 5: When will my CellRewards be credited to my account?

A 5: CellRewards are generally credited to your account within one to five business days of when they are earned. Sometimes our partners take longer to provide us with the information and there may be a further delay.

Q 6: How much mobile entertainment can I choose from?

A 6: You can choose from more than 6,000 ringtones and several hundred backgrounds and games. CellRewards.com is updated weekly with new content from today's most popular artists.

Email Link Problems

Q 1: What do I do if there is no active link in the emails you send me?

A 1: No problem. Some email software does not support active hyperlinks. You have a choice. Either switch to email software that does support active hyperlinks (like Microsoft Outlook) or just copy the URL from the email and paste it into your browser. Your free Cell Rewards will be rewarded either way.

Q 1: How do I redeem my free ringtones, backgrounds and mobile games?

A 1: Just visit the "Redeem CellRewards" page accessible from the Member Center menu on your Personal page, and click the Redeem button to open up a new browser window and choose your content.

Q 2: My mobile network and/or Phone is not listed on the Phone Checker. Why?

A 2: Currently CellRewards.com is supported by AT&T, Cingular, Sprint PCS, SunCom and T-Mobile. Certain mobile networks do not comply with outside services like those offered on CellRewards.com. If your mobile network is listed, but your phone is not, then it is possible your phone is not compatible with our content.

Q 3: Do I need a credit card in order to redeem my free music?

A 3: No.

A 1: Some of your email could be getting automatically blocked or deleted by your Internet Service Provider or your email provider.
